Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Front Load Driver in Louisiana to service commercial routes and safely operate refuse collection trucks. You will perform pre- and post-trip checks, load containers and report issues, while maintaining clean equipment and accurate route documents.

The position requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and good English communication. A $10,000 driver award incentive is available for eligible drivers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Understand DOT/state requirements for CMV operators
• Speak/read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors
• Drive a refuse truck safely and follow routes and instructions
• Maintain written records and service responses

Responsibilities

• Service commercial Front Load Containers and empty into the truck
• Complete route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues
• Ensure safe operation of the truck including pre/post-trip inspections
• Maintain and clean the truck and perform routine checks
