Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring an energetic Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on preset routes in Florida. Key duties include pre/post-trip inspections, safe operation, and courteous customer service on every stop.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL, have a clean driving record, and can work 8–12 hour shifts in varying weather conditions. Training and support are provided to ensure safety and efficiency in daily routes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Safe driving record required.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operates Front Load refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and cleaning.
• Records mileage, fuel use, and route paperwork.
• Interacts professionally with customers and dispatch.
• Maintains clean truck and safe operations on every route.
