Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily field operations, coordinate workloads, and enforce safety protocols across the crew. You will troubleshoot site issues, supervise training, and communicate with property owners while maintaining performance records and customer relations.

This role requires a CDL and willingness to travel for storm work; the company offers competitive wages and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Understands drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in the field.
• Willingness to work in varied outdoor conditions and travel for storm work.
• Able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands above head and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work from orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Coordinates with property owners on access and work scope.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controls crew costs and utilization of resources.
• Reports incidents, equipment issues, and job progress to management.
