Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforce safety policies and provide safety training to the crew.
• Obtain access permissions from property owners and communicate with customers.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
