Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Foreperson with CDL to supervise daily line clearance crews in the field. You’ll work with management to plan recruiting, enforce safety protocols, and mentor crew members.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized in field operations.
• Capable of independent action with minimal supervision.
• Must meet safety protocols and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew based on orders.
• Conducts field training and ensures required safety training.
• Enforces safety practices and OSHA standards on site.
• Gathers access permissions and coordinates with property owners.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
• Controls crew costs and allocates resources efficiently.
