Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson (CDL required) to supervise daily crew operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance. You will coordinate work orders, mentor staff, and liaise with property owners and management. The role emphasizes OSHA standards and efficient crew management.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering hourly pay and benefits; CDL is required to perform duties and operate company vehicles. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in the Line Clearance industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Promotes safety culture and ensures compliance with OSHA specifications.
• Conducts safety training per company policy.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains accurate records and reports on crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of resources.
• Furnishes reports to General Foreperson and utility representatives.
