Qualifications

• Valid CDL preferred or strong CDL/trucking industry background.
• Experience in fleet coordination, dispatching, or transportation logistics.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations, HOS rules, and FMCSA compliance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication with drivers, customers, and management.
• Proficiency with fleet management software, TMS platforms, or dispatch tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
• Monitor driver schedules, routes, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
• Communicate with drivers to provide routing updates, load assignments, and support
• Track vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate fleet records including driver logs, inspections, and DOT documentation
• Liaise with customers, shippers, and receivers to confirm load details and resolve issues
• Assist in ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
