NATIVE SUN CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver to support civil, utility, and earthwork projects in the Glenwood Springs area. You will operate a CDL Class A/B dump truck and run heavy equipment on site, prioritizing safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of combined dump truck driving and heavy equipment operation experience.
• OSHA certified (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Experience operating multiple types of heavy machinery (excavator, loader, dozer, etc.).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A/B dump truck to haul materials to and from job sites.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed (excavators/track hoes, loaders, dozers, skid steers).
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.

CDL Dump Truck Driver

We are looking for an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver with heavy equipment operation skills to support civil, utility, and earthwork projects in the Glenwood Springs to Grand Junction Range. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable hauling material behind the wheel of a dump truck and running heavy machinery on site, is safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to our legacy of quality work.

Location: Glenwood Springs

Pay: $28-$38 an hour starting pay, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL Class A or B dump truck to haul aggregate, dirt, asphalt, and other materials to and from job sites
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators/track hoes, loaders, dozers, and skid steers as needed
• Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to execute projects efficiently and safely
• Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks on trucks and equipment
• Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment
• Other duties as needed to get the job done well.
