Native Sun Construction is seeking an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver to support civil, utility, and earthwork projects in the Front Range, Monument, and Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate will safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment, contributing to our legacy of quality work.

The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL, 2+ years of related experience, and a strong commitment to safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, and teamwork on busy job sites in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years combined dump truck driving and heavy equipment experience.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A/B dump trucks to haul materials.
• Operate excavators/track hoes, loaders, dozers, and skid steers as needed.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions for efficient, safe work.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to maintain productive work environment.
• Other duties as needed.

CDL Dump Truck Driver

We are looking for an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver with heavy equipment operation skills to support civil, utility, and earthwork projects in the Front Range and Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable hauling material behind the wheel of a dump truck and running heavy machinery on site, is safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to our legacy of quality work.

Location: Monument Colorado

Pay: $25-$36 an hour starting pay, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A or B dump truck to haul aggregate, dirt, asphalt, and other materials to and from job sites
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators/track hoes, loaders, dozers, and skid steers as needed
• Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to execute projects efficiently and safely
• Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks on trucks and equipment
• Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment
• Other duties as needed to get the job done well.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record
