Native Sun Construction is seeking an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver to support civil, utility, and earthwork projects in the Front Range, Monument, and Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate will safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment, contributing to our legacy of quality work.

The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL, 2+ years of related experience, and a strong commitment to safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, and teamwork on busy job sites in Colorado.

Qualifications

Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
2+ years combined dump truck driving and heavy equipment experience.
OSHA certification is preferred.
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL Class A/B dump trucks to haul materials.
Operate excavators/track hoes, loaders, dozers, and skid steers as needed.
Follow site plans and supervisor instructions for efficient, safe work.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
Collaborate with team to maintain productive work environment.
Other duties as needed.
