Job summary

DBA Construction, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a CDL Driver to join our field team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of CDL Class A experience, perform pre- and post-operation inspections, secure loads, tarp as needed, and maintain clean equipment in all seasonal outdoor conditions. You will operate dump trucks, water trucks, and flatbeds, work nights/weekends as required, and contribute to a safe, cooperative crew.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a CDL Driver.
• Perform pre and post operation inspection of equipment.
• Report repairs needed ASAP.
• Secure equipment during transport and tarp all loads.
• Maintain fluid levels and grease all points; keep equipment clean from debris.
• Complete daily inspection report and turn into Shop Supervisor at end of shift.
• Able to work nights and weekends if necessary.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record for 36 months minimum.
• A 'Can-Do' attitude and team mentality.
• Operate 10-wheel dump truck.
• Operate simple 16 dump truck.
• Operate Water Truck.
• Flatbed hauling.
• All seasonal outdoor labor required.

• Use proper techniques to secure equipment when in transport and tarp all loads.
• Maintain fluid levels and grease all points as necessary and keep equipment clean from debris.
• Complete daily inspection report and turn into Shop Supervisor at end of shift.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Able to work well with others.
• Able to work nights and weekends if necessary.
• Reliable transportation
• Clean driving record for 36-months minimum
