Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing development of the sales team across delivery, customer service, and sales operations. You will guide the Look of Success standards and ensure consistent performance across routes.

The role requires strong training, presentation, and leadership skills, plus experience with the Coca-Cola system. Some travel and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
• Two years hands on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in Margin Minder (or comparable program) preferred.
• Above-average math skills and ability to figure profits, margins, retails, and financials are critical.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate Sales Specialists, Route Sales Drivers, Route Sales Trainees and Merchandisers on Look of Success processes.
• Learn routes for delivery and training; assist with route coverage and provide feedback on deficiencies.
• Provide initial training to new hires across sales, delivery, customer service and sales operations.
• Coordinate with Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager on market trends and solutions for growth.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials to reflect best practices.
• Create reports showing observations and results to managers.
