Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop the sales team, onboard new employees, and improve sales performance across routes and accounts.

You will work with the Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to monitor training effectiveness, enforce standards, and support growth. This on-site role offers a competitive salary around $65,000 per year plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Two years of hands-on business management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Margin Minder preferred.
• Strong math skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate the sales team on processes and Look of Success.
• Onboard new employees across sales, delivery, customer service and operations.
• Develop incumbent staff to maximize sales skills and improve performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update materials and standards.
• Create reports on performance for management and leadership.
