This OTR CDL Driver role will focus on regional business but will have national reach. Come be part of the SureTree Logistics team!**Job Description:**Responsibilities:* Provide delivery of finished assemblies to various jobsites within the local markets as well as our national footprint.* Operate company owned Kenworth sleeper cabs, with manual transmission (purchased in 2023 and well-maintained).* Keep vehicle clean and organized and maintain mileage detail.* Conduct daily vehicle inspection reports and report maintenance concerns or compliance issues to the Logistics Supervisor.* Follow and comply with all local, state, and federal DOT regulations as well as company vehicle and driver policies and procedures.* Follow and adhere to site safety policies and procedures at all times including use of PPE.* Coordinate with management, project team, site crews, etc. to ensure that deliveries are in accordance with project deadlines.* Ensure loads are secure and assist with loading/unloading as needed.* Keeps paperwork in good order related to cab card, insurance and other applicable documents.* Ensures safety related items are in good order related to fire extinguisher, accident kit, straps, chains, etc.Qualifications and Education Requirements:* High School Diploma or Equivalent.* Must possess a valid CDL Class A license with DOT health card.* Experience with flatbed trailer hauling, including securing and transporting non-standard or uniquely shaped cargo as well as able to work in active construction sites.* Meet and exceed CSA safety rating.* Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative work style to build effective working relationships with immediate team members and with other departments.* Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.* Safety focused* Effective use of ELD, phone, and other technologies, including but not limited to: reporting, tracking/tracking photos, GPS, tablet dispatching, and load order management.* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability to set and meet deadlines.* Ability to work approximately 45 hours per week including evenings and early mornings.Physical Requirements:* This job operates in warehousing, large industrial, construction, and active worksite environments; and is exposed to weather conditions.* Employees are frequently required to sit, and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or crawl.* This position requires the ability to bend or stand as necessary, for up to a 10 hour shift.* This position requires the ability to move and/or lift objects regularly up to 50 pounds.* Hard toe boots required.**Pay Range:**$66,560.00 - $92,160.00Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
