Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in logistics/transportation management, including fleet operations and CDL oversight.
• Proven experience balancing self-performed and 3PL services.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety programs.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and logistics platforms.

Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Logistics to lead and develop our transportation and freight operations. The Director of Logistics reports to SureTree Logistics LLC, which is a member company of Evergreen Holdings. This role will oversee both self-performed logistics services and third-party carriers, manage a team including CDL drivers (local and OTR), a Logistics Supervisors, and a Coordinator, and play a critical role in shaping the future state of our logistics strategy.
