Job summary

Hunt Electric, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Warehouse & Fleet Support at our St. Cloud branch. This role loads and unloads trucks, checks in tools, picks items, and handles scrap and material movements to support outdoor work sites.

You will also operate a forklift, manage vehicle maintenance, and schedule DOT inspections. The ideal candidate has a CDL Class A with DOT health card, 5+ years in heavy equipment or fleet work, and 2+ years in construction warehousing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL Class A license with a DOT health card.
• Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years working on heavy equipment and/or fleet vehicles required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience in a construction industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading.
• Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.

Job Description Summary

This position supports the St. Cloud branch of Hunt Electric’s outdoor work operations by supplying materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites. They are also responsible for receiving deliveries, prepping shipments, moving materials, and maintaining an orderly warehouse.

Physical Requirements

• This job is operated in a warehouse environment and is exposed to weather conditions.

• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) per warehouse requirements, including but not limited to, hard toe work boots, safety glasses, gloves and high visibility vest.

• This role occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and photocopiers.

• Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch.

• This position may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range:

$63,232.00 - $87,552.00

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
