Job summary

GFL is seeking a Driver to operate container delivery trucks on assigned routes, delivering and removing solid waste dumpster containers in a safe, efficient manner. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete route documentation, and communicate maintenance needs to supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL, and at least 1 year of truck driving experience or CDL school certificate, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of commercial truck driving experience or CDL school certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate container delivery truck and deliver/remove dumpsters on assigned route.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required reports.
• Report any vehicle/mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality and inventory in yard in orderly manner.
• Ensure containers are covered and safe during transport; comply with safety standards.
