GFL Environmental is seeking a CDL driver to operate container delivery trucks and support equipment on assigned routes. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, document route activity, and communicate any mechanical issues promptly.

The role emphasizes safety, route efficiency, and professional interaction with customers. The position requires a valid CDL, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift and handle containers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and be able to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow maps and written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Operate container delivery truck and on-board hydraulic systems to process dumpsters.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document route activity.
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic promptly.
• Maintain route quality and keep yard inventory orderly.
• Position containers at customer locations to minimize hazards.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
