Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired.
• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum of one (1) year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive requirements per company standards.
• Able to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate container delivery truck and on-board hydraulic systems to deliver and remove solid waste dumpster containers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and complete daily truck reports and route sheets.
• Communicate vehicle mechanical issues to mechanic and supervisor promptly.
• Maintain route quality standards as determined by management.
• Keep yard inventory organized and containers properly positioned at customer sites.
• Ensure containers without lids are covered during transport.
• Follow safety policies and all applicable laws and company directives.
