Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL driver in the United States, Tennessee, Clarksville area, to operate container delivery trucks for dumpster placements and removals.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain route quality, and keep yard inventory orderly while communicating any mechanical issues to supervisors. The role requires a valid CDL, 1 year of trucking experience (or CDL school), and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• CDL required or willingness to obtain CDL.
• 1 year of commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate container delivery truck and on-board hydraulics to deliver and remove dumpsters.
• Complete pre-/post-trip inspections and required reports daily.
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain route quality and inventory in yard.
• Ensure containers are secured and lids covered during transport.
