Job summary

Stevens Transport, Inc. seeks an Inside CDL Driver Recruiter to manage the recruitment of CDL drivers from an office or remote location. You will source, screen, interview, and hire qualified drivers to meet staffing needs while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include candidate sourcing via ATS, screening and interviewing, onboarding support, and data reporting. Expect Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with hourly pay plus a bonus structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment software.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Source CDL drivers via ATS online database, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen and interview pre-qualified candidates per Stevens Transport/DOT requirements.
• Verify driving records, criminal history, and employment history for compliance.
• Coordinate in-depth interviews and relevant tests.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation when needed.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new CDL drivers.
