Job summary

Stevens Transport Inc. seeks an Inside CDL Driver Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening and hiring of CDL drivers from an office or remote location. You will use TenStreet ATS, conduct interviews, ensure compliance with DOT rules, and coordinate onboarding.

The role offers hourly pay with a bonus structure, Monday–Friday, and opportunities to build a strong driver network nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruitment software, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
• Experience in CDL driver recruitment or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and outreach of CDL drivers using ATS and referrals.
• Screening and evaluation of candidates for CDL requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company policies.
• Coordinate interviews, administer assessments, and document results.
• Collaborate with managers to extend offers and negotiate packages.
• Support onboarding, orientation and training for new drivers.
• Generate recruitment reports and manage candidate data.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and industry contacts.
