Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter to help attract and place CDL drivers and industrial staff. You will manage a pipeline, interview candidates, and collaborate with teams to fulfill orders while maintaining service excellence.

You will conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to ensure quick placement. A focus on high volume and strong MS Office skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting & staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting CDL Drivers/Industrial Staffing.
• High volume recruiting experience a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm methods to attract great candidates across channels.
• Interview and select candidates to fill opportunities.
• Build and manage a candidate pipeline for ongoing roles.
• Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.
