Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting CDL Drivers or transportation personnel.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to Rumpke's various locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for CDL, non-CDL, and driver trainee positions.
• Conduct proactive outreach to passive driver candidates.
• Monitor hiring progress and proactively address bottlenecks.

Skills

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Understanding of CDL classifications and DOT requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education

Associates degree in HR, business, or related field
