EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a recruiter to attract and place top talent across CDL and industrial staffing. You will blend marketing, interviewing and relationship-building to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting & staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers/industrial staffing.
• High-volume recruiting a plus.
• Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with orders & internal teams.

Job description

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers/Industrial Staffing
• High volume recruiting a plus
• Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
