Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Kentucky. You will lead recruiting efforts for CDL drivers, manage high-volume placement, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders promptly.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of staffing experience, strong MS Office skills, and a knack for creative candidate attraction. This full-time role includes benefits and growth opportunities within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Experience recruiting CDL Drivers/Industrial Staffing.
• High-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great candidates.
• Use creative marketing to enhance postings and social media presence.
• Interview and assess candidates to fill opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for orders and fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to onboard workers.

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers/Industrial Staffing
• High volume recruiting a plus
• Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
