Job summary

TRANCASA USA, INC is seeking a Recruiter to screen and hire CDL drivers in the El Paso area. You will manage candidate databases, post ads, review applications, and coordinate interviews, road tests, and onboarding.

You’ll collaborate with Safety and Operations to ensure compliant hiring and accurate records. The role requires at least a High School Diploma and 2 years of recruiting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Screen and select candidates for CDL driving positions.
• Maintain candidate databases and post recruitment ads.
• Organize interviews, road tests, and required evaluations.
• Coordinate with Safety and Operations for candidate approvals.
• Ensure driver qualification files comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and other systems.
• Assist in driver onboarding and paperwork completion.
• Participate in offsite recruiting events as needed.
