Job summary

Trancasa is seeking a recruiter to source and hire CDL drivers across Local, Regional, and OTR routes. You will screen candidates, post job ads, schedule interviews, and coordinate qualifications with Safety and Operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years recruiting experience, with strong organization, communication, and familiarity with ATS and background checks. Travel to CDL schools and job fairs may be part of duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Experience using ATS and background-check systems.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements a plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and pre-screen CDL driver candidates by experience and license type.
• Post recruitment ads on approved networks and ATS.
• Schedule interviews, road tests, and evaluations.
• Coordinate candidate approvals with Safety and Operations.
• Maintain candidate databases and accurate documentation.
• Represent recruiting at job fairs and CDL schools.
