Talantir is seeking a recruiter who can source and bring qualified CDL drivers for a remote role in the United States. Screening and safety steps are handled by the company, allowing you to focus solely on candidate outreach and driver acquisition.

You will post ads across platforms, reach out to drivers directly, and place special emphasis on Spanish-speaking applicants. No paperwork, no safety screening, and no compliance process are required from you.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing CDL company drivers and owner-operators.
• Ability to post ads on social platforms (Facebook groups, Indeed, Craigslist, Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Strong direct outreach and candidate contact skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a big plus.
