Ridout Lumber and Meek’s, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a CDL Driver I to transport building materials to job sites and other locations. You will perform DOT inspections, manage logs, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relations.

You will load/unload materials, verify orders, and assist in warehouse stocking. Valid Class A or B CDL and 1–2 years of CDL experience preferred; inter-state travel may be required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers.
• 1–2 years CDL experience preferred.
• Experience transporting lumber and building materials.

Mansioni

• Operates Class A or B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliveries to active construction sites and completed locations; may require inter-state travel.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections for safety and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional interactions on site.
• Verify orders and secure loads for safe transport and delivery.
• Maintain DOT logs and adhere to hours-of-service regulations.
• Deliver and unload materials, assist in unloading returns for credit.
• Operate a truck-mounted forklift as needed; keep vehicle clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking and organizing inventory in warehouse and production areas.
