Job summary

Professional Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a CDL Driver I to safely transport lumber and building materials to job sites and distribution points. The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL, the ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections, and adherence to DOT hours-of-service rules.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading at sites, securing loads, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining logs and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B license with flatbed/tractor experience.
• Experience with lumber and building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and logbook compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Class A or B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Delivers to active construction sites and completed locations; inter-state travel may be required.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintains DOT logs and hours-of-service in accordance with federal regulations.
• Delivers and unloads materials safely and assists with loading and unloading.
• Provides excellent customer service on job sites and communicates with customers and supervisors.
• Keeps truck clean and organized and helps stock inventory in warehouse when needed.
