Job summary

WM is hiring multiple CDL truck drivers in the United States to operate heavy-duty trucks delivering waste and recyclable material. Roles include front, side, or rear-load operations, Roll-Off duties, and residential collection with precise backing and safety practices.

Candidates must meet CDL A or B with air-brake endorsements, pass pre-employment screening, and be 18+ with strong English communication. We offer steady day shifts Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays, a competitive pay range, and

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

Operates vehicle in accordance with Safety, OSHA and DOT requirements and all laws.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions or safety hazards.
Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer site clean and debris-free.
