AtlantiCare's PACE LIFE program seeks a dedicated Driver to transport participants and related items within our Adult Day Health Center and clinic environment. You will operate a van safely, follow policies, and support quality service.

Requirements include a High School diploma, valid CDL, insurability, CPR/BLS within 90 days, CPI within 6 months; minimum 1 year serving frail or elderly individuals. Join a team focused on patient-centered care and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• License/Certification: Valid CDL licensure with no point’s violations; insurability and registration; BLS/HCP within 90 days; CPI within 6 months and renewed every 2 years; CPI by 1/31/2027 for current incumbents.

Aufgaben

• Transport PACE LIFE Program Participants and related items (meals, equipment) using the van.
• Operate the vehicle in accordance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support quality assurance studies and participate in performance improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support participant care.
