Job summary

Trinity Health PACE is seeking a dedicated Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for program participants. Responsibilities include transporting meals, equipment, and medications while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of experience with the frail or elderly. CDL with passenger endorsement is required for larger vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for PACE participants.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety; report issues to the department leader.
• Follow the assigned schedule and adjust for changes as needed.
• Transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy items, and other goods.
