AtlantiCare is seeking a PACE LIFE Center Driver on a per diem basis in New Jersey. CDL required; responsibilities include transporting participants, meals, and equipment, and operating the van safely under all laws and policies.

You will contribute to quality assurance, support patient-centered care in an interdisciplinary team, and participate in performance improvement initiatives, with emphasis on safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL licensure with no points violations required; Insurability and Registration also required.
• BLS/HCP required within 90 days from date of hire or transfer.
• Minimum 1 year working with the frail or elderly required.

Responsabilités

• Transports program participants and meals as needed.
• Operates van in accordance with laws and procedures.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Works in interdisciplinary team to manage participant care.
