Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and/or straight trucks.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and inter-trip safety inspections on equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and complete required documentation/reports.
• Communicate with Dispatch and follow instructions regarding delays, arrivals, or equipment problems.
• Comply with hazmat regulations and company procedures, ensuring placards match shipments as required.
• Assist with non-driving duties such as forklift operation and dock work when needed.
