Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor CDL Specialist to perform phlebotomy and donor screening while driving the mobile unit. You will interact with donors, coordinate with staff, and uphold a high standard of customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience.

Responsibilities include site setup, safety compliance, and promoting a positive team culture. Requires CDL with air brakes and the ability to work 4:00 AM–10:00 PM, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant, people-facing experience preferred.
• Must understand SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile drive vehicle and transport staff.
• Perform phlebotomy and donor screening.
• Provide excellent donor experience with empathetic service.
• Set up collection site and equipment.
• Rebook donors for future appointments.
• Follow DOT guidelines and maintain safety.
