Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Delivery Supervisor to lead daily branch operations and drive CS&L strategies across warehouse and delivery tasks. You will oversee inventory, route planning, safety, compliance, and cost management, collaborating with service providers and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• CDL experience is required.
• Previous warehousing experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plans, including order/route management and employee performance.
• Monitor inbound/outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution to ensure shelf-life and productivity.
• Oversee inventory activities, including iDoc management and stock reconciliation with SAP alignment.
• Schedule delivery routes and conduct ride-alongs with drivers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, HACCP and FMCSA rules including ELD requirements.
• Drive improvement by analyzing capacity, KPI metrics, and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives with stakeholders and vendors.
