Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English
• Knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving
• Ability to follow instructions via two-way radio or phone

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using forklift or manually
• Transport freight between service centers and customer sites
• Read and interpret shipping labels and manifests
• Secure freight inside trailers with pallets, straps, and rope
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations within DOT guidelines
