Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Combination Driver/Dockworker in Sioux Falls. The role combines loading/unloading freight with tractor-trailer delivery between service centers and customer sites, using forklifts and manual methods.

You will read labels, follow DOT rules, and ensure safe, timely movement of goods. The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL with required endorsements, a high school diploma, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English; perform basic math for receipts and maps.
• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements; clean MVR and DOT compliance.
• Must meet medical standards of the DOT and pass drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using forklift or manually in safe, efficient manner.
• Operate tractor-trailer between service centers and customer facilities.
• Read shipping labels and manage freight movement forms; ensure secure loading.
