Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is seeking a Support CDL Driver to fill in on open routes, providing flexible coverage to support daily delivery operations while maintaining safety, service, and delivery standards.

Starting wage is $24.00–$28.00 per hour with 10–15 hours of overtime expected weekly. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Shifts are typically Monday–Friday with 7:00 AM start times; overtime is time-and-a-half after 40 hours; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license OR complete company-paid CDL training.

Responsibilities

• Cover open, vacant or temporarily unassigned routes based on business needs.
• Assist drivers with daily morning duties such as sorting freight and loading trucks.
• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers in a timely manner.
• Inspect and report mechanical problems with the vehicle.
