Qualifications

• Must hold a Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Demonstrates strong safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the truck on the designated route and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate compactor, and dispose at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers daily.
• Tag unsatisfactory containers and monitor waste quality.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and report defects via VCRs.
• Complete productivity sheets and required reports.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
