Job summary

BSP Trans Inc. is hiring for a First Shift CDL B Truck Driver in Maine. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering $29.70 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include operating straight trucks, making freight pickups and deliveries in ME/NH, handling both commercial and residential deliveries, and coordinating with dispatch for route updates. A HazMat endorsement is encouraged and DOT medical card is required.

Qualifications

• CDL B license with HazMat endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL experience.

We have an immediate opening for our First Shift CDL B Truck Driver position!

BSP Trans Inc. has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers.

What you will do on a typical shift:

• Operate straight truck and vehicles in accordance with BSP Trans Inc safety procedures and operating standards, OSHA, DOT, local, state, and federal laws
• Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries within the ME / NH area in accordance with company standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Deliveries are both commercial and residential
• Effectively communicate with dispatch for route updates, stops and delays that are impactful to the daily schedule

What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:

• CDL B license with HazMat endorsement. If you do not have a Hazmat Endorsement, we will help you obtain it
• Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL Experience
