Performance Food Group is seeking a Yard Driver to move tractors and trailers to loading docks and parking areas. This role requires safe driving and adherence to DOT regulations, with responsibilities including safety checks, paperwork handling, and securement of equipment and freight.

Candidates should have a valid CDL-A, be at least 21, and pass drug tests and road tests. A 21+ year old requirement and clean MVR apply, with potential for growth within the distribution team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months tractor trailer experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL A license required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Safely move trailers to/from loading docks and designated parking areas.
• Manage paperwork related to offsite maintenance/inspection.
• Ensure tractors, trailers, and freight are secured.
