Performance Food Group is seeking a Yard Driver to move tractors to loading docks, park trailers, and transport units for maintenance. You will operate safely under DOT rules, complete required paperwork, and work a 5‑day schedule including Sundays to Fridays, with some shifts from 3:30pm to 12am.

Valid CDL‑A, clean MVR, and the ability to pass tests are required. The role offers competitive pay at $22.50 per hour plus comprehensive benefits such as health coverage from day one, 401(k) planning

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 6–12 months of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as required.
• CDL A license valid in the state of employment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Meet state licensing or certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for the past 3 years.
• Pass pre‑employment drug test and road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to obtain one.

Mansioni

• Move tractor trailers to/from loading docks and parking areas.
• Transport to offsite maintenance/inspection facilities as needed.
• Perform safety checks and ensure vehicle security at all times.
• Complete paperwork related to maintenance and DOT compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dock areas.
• End-of-shift shutdown and required documentation completion.
• Collaborate with team to support safe, efficient operations.
