XPO is hiring a Truck Driver Student in Wisconsin to train toward a CDL-A and gain hands-on experience as an LTL driver. You will perform required vehicle inspections, maintain records, and ensure safety policies are followed while working under supervision.

The role offers company-paid benefits initiation, paid time off, holidays, and a path to education assistance as you complete the program.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and 1 year related experience.
• Valid state driver's license for 12 months.
• CDL-A permit by first day of class with endorsements (double/triple trailers, tanker, HAZMAT) within 90 days.
• Complete TSA fingerprint background check by end of second week of class.
• Must pass DOT drug test with no disqualifying tests in last 3 years.
• Able to pass company-paid DOT physical and pre-hire tests.

Responsabilités

• Attend training sessions to obtain a CDL-A.
• Gain on-the-job experience as an LTL Driver.
• Perform FMCSR vehicle inspections under 396.13 under supervision.
• Maintain records per FMCSR, DOT and company policies.
• Load/unload freight with forklift as needed.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
