Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver Student in the United States to begin CDL-A training and gain hands-on experience as an LTL Driver. This role includes inspections, documentation, and safety compliance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Valid state DL for minimum 12 months.
• CDL-A permit by first day and hazmat/tanker/double trailers endorsements within 90 days.
• TSA fingerprint background check by week 2.
• Clean driving record and DOT drug test.
• Company-paid DOT physical and pre-hire tests.
• Available for days/evenings/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to obtain CDL-A.
• Gain on-the-job experience as an LTL Driver.
• Perform FMCSR vehicle inspections.
• Maintain FMCSR/DOT records and company policy compliance.
• Load/unload freight using a forklift as needed.
• Verify documentation and reports.
• Adhere to safety policies and coordinate with service center personnel.
