NIS EXPRESS is hiring drivers with a transparent pay plan and a comprehensive training route. Trainees and experienced drivers alike can expect clear information on pay, equipment, and training as you start your trucking career.

The program includes a dedicated mentor for 4–6 weeks of OTR training, guaranteed weekly pay during training, and a smooth transition to full solo mileage pay after training ends. Hands-on support starts once you have the 120-hour CDL school certificate.

Pay

• Average weekly gross pay of $1,300 to $1,550
• Top 25% of drivers pull in $1,900+

Schedule

What It Takes to Qualify

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, must be 21 or older
• Brand new CDL-A holders accepted, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
• 120+ hour certificate from an accredited CDL training school
• Clean MVR and background check
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
• Pass a hair and urine drug screen
