Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking CDL-A drivers forOver-the-Road dry van routes in the United States. The role offers real pay, real equipment, and real benefits. New CDL holders are welcome, with a clear path from training to solo mileage pay.

You will operate late-model trucks, perform inspections, log hours per DOT/FMCSA rules, and coordinate with dispatch. Orientation pay and a performance bonus program enhance earnings while on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• 21 years or older to drive commercially.
• New CDL-A holders welcome; 6+ months solo experience preferred.
• 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5–10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

Your Assigned Truck and Equipment

• Late-model automatic transmission trucks
• Dry van trailers, APU-equipped for comfort during rest periods
• No slip seating, your truck is assigned to you

• Guaranteed weekly training pay, paid every week, no surprises

What You Will Earn

• $1,300 to $1,550 average weekly gross pay
• Top 25% of drivers clearing $1,900 per week
• Performance bonus program
• $300 orientation pay, travel and lodging covered

Home Time & Freight

• 2 weeks out, 2 full days home
• Drop and hook and live load/unload freight
