Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring for a trucking role in the United States. You’ll start with training pay of $850 per week for 4–6 weeks, then a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months after solo dispatch, plus $0.55 per mile rising to $0.65. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,700 with $15 stop pay.

Freight is dry van with east-focused loads; trucks are Freightliners, auto and 10-speed options. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 30 days and a 401k/stock plan.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid Class A CDL.
• No experience required; experienced drivers welcome with up to 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years.
• No major moving violations in 5 years and clean driving record preferred.

The Requirements

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable work history
